Rent and Sundry Payments

Payments are due on the 1st of the current month and are considered late if received after the 5th of the current month (unless otherwise specified in Lease).

Parking Payments

All parking rents shall be made payable to and delivered to the following account:

To Setup online payments (ACH/Credit Card) and e-invoicing visit https://payments.abm.com

Initial Setup

  • Enter Customer # (obtain from Parking Manager)
  • Enter your billing zip code - 90017
  • Click 'ENROLL'
